Our Leadership

Ruth David is a dedicated sustainability advocate and skilled leader with a diverse background in sustainable development, education, and nonprofit management. Holding a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Benin. Ruth is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria.

As the CEO & Lead Consultant of People and Planet at Birds&Branches Consulting, Ruth leads a cross-sectorial group of sustainability experts having spearheaded initiatives in environmental sustainability, ESG business consulting, climate education, and talent management. Her role involves market development, ESG policy design, and project management across various sectors.
